Engaging in the operational and technical management of smart cities, as well as conducting research on the innovative applications of smart city technology.

BIO

Ian Kwok is currently immersed in the system application and operation management of smart cities at an information technology enterprise.

In 2018, upon obtaining a master’s degree from the University of Technology Sydney, Ian joined the present company. Since then, he has been laboring diligently and humbly within the sphere of smart cities, perpetually learning and evolving.

Ian has made some progress in project management and operations. His innovative system integration has, to a significant extent, dismantled the barriers between business systems, streamlined administrative workflows, and moderately reduced processing durations. Through the exploitation of advanced operation and maintenance paradigms, he has successfully attained a relatively satisfactory service rate.

Honored as a senior member of the China Computer Federation and a member of its Popular Science Working Committee, Ian actively participates in industry exchanges with an open and eagerness-to-learn mindset, aspiring to contribute maximally to the industry’s development.

Since returning to China, Ian has been amassing precious experience and exerting efforts to enhance his professional proficiency. He is acutely cognizant that in the rapidly evolving panorama of smart cities, there remains an abundance of knowledge and numerous skills awaiting his acquisition and mastery. Looking ahead to the future, he is steadfast in maintaining a humble posture, collaborating intimately with the team, and sparing no efforts in facilitating the development of smart cities.
